Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify shipping details once processed.

If tracking information is unavailable in the first 24–48 hours, please allow the carrier time to update their systems.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout:
We can reship the order once the correct address is provided

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
For stolen parcels, please file a claim with your local carrier or postal authority.
