Curvzz Returns & Refunds Policy

At Curvzz, we take product quality and hygiene seriously. Please read this policy before purchasing.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
Your order arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item, wrong size shipped, or missing items
Requests after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
To lodge a claim, you must provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the item/packaging
Description of the issue
Some products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unworn, unused, unwashed
All original packaging, labels & hygiene seals are intact
It is not a hygiene-sensitive product (see Section 3)
Proof of purchase is provided
The 30-day window only applies if the 48-hour report requirement was met.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except when faulty on arrival:
Shapewear
Underwear and panties
Bodysuits
Hosiery
Any other intimate or close-contact garment
Once delivered, these items are FINAL SALE.
We strongly recommend confirming size using our Size Guide prior to purchase.
If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect upon delivery and reported within 48 hours:
We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund
We may request that you return the item for inspection
Return shipping will be covered when fault is verified
Photos must clearly show the defect or issue for assessment.
If your return request is approved:
We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions
Item must be packed securely (preferably original packaging)
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
Refunds/credits are issued after inspection is completed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and any applied discounts are non-refundable unless legally required.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
The 48-hour reporting window was not met
The product shows wear, stretching, scents, stains or marks
Hygiene seals or labels were removed
Packaging is missing or damaged
It is a final-sale/hygiene item
No proof of purchase is provided
Return instructions were not followed
Rejected returns may be returned to you at your expense.
Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer laws.
If you receive a product that is genuinely faulty, you may still be entitled to a remedy.
