Curvzz Returns & Refunds Policy

At Curvzz, we take product quality and hygiene seriously. Please read this policy before purchasing.


1. Reporting Issues (48 Hours Requirement)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item, wrong size shipped, or missing items

Requests after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

To lodge a claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item/packaging

  • Description of the issue


2. 30-Day Return Period (Eligible Items Only)

Some products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed

  • All original packaging, labels & hygiene seals are intact

  • It is not a hygiene-sensitive product (see Section 3)

  • Proof of purchase is provided

The 30-day window only applies if the 48-hour report requirement was met.


3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items (Shapewear & Intimate Apparel)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except when faulty on arrival:

  • Shapewear

  • Underwear and panties

  • Bodysuits

  • Hosiery

  • Any other intimate or close-contact garment

Once delivered, these items are FINAL SALE.

We strongly recommend confirming size using our Size Guide prior to purchase.


4. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect upon delivery and reported within 48 hours:

  • We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund

  • We may request that you return the item for inspection

  • Return shipping will be covered when fault is verified

Photos must clearly show the defect or issue for assessment.


5. Returns Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions

  2. Item must be packed securely (preferably original packaging)

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

  4. Refunds/credits are issued after inspection is completed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and any applied discounts are non-refundable unless legally required.


6. Rejection of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  • The 48-hour reporting window was not met

  • The product shows wear, stretching, scents, stains or marks

  • Hygiene seals or labels were removed

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • It is a final-sale/hygiene item

  • No proof of purchase is provided

  • Return instructions were not followed

Rejected returns may be returned to you at your expense.


7. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer laws.
If you receive a product that is genuinely faulty, you may still be entitled to a remedy.
